Semrush is paid tool but you can use it free Daily five keywords and get analyze data for it. They give you a tool which is keywords planner where you need to write a topic which you want like a "CAR". Then there are some filter which you need to apply to get more accurate results.
In filters you need to adjust KD means Keyword Difficulty it will show you how much the keyword is difficult to rank in Google. If the keyword is from 20 to 100 it means it is so high and there is less chance to rank on that keyword in Google. If the KD is from 1 to 19 that means there are still chances to rank in Google but you need a quality content with Backlinks.

How to Finalize the Keyword?
After completing the Keyword research you will get some bunch of keywords but you don't need to use all of them. In this list you will get some of the Primary keywords some long tail keywords which are useful. You need to filter them out like if there is any keywords which are not related to the topic don't add it in your final list.
Try to use those keywords which volume is high but less keyword difficulty. There you have a chance to get higher rankings. You will check it also simple by the method in which you search that keywords and check the top 6 to 10 website. Which are ranking of that keywords is there Domain rating is high it means you don't have chances to rank on that keyword because that website have high authority.
How to use Keywords in content?
When you finalize the keyword main thing is to use them in the content. For this you don't need to do keyword stuffing. Which means for ranking you just add your keyword in every paragraph that is the trick which only works in the past. But now Google want trustworthy content which gives an authority and complete the intent of the users.
Google want to solve the problem of user with your content so if your content is not solving the user problem. It will never rank in the google results. So, focus on trying to provide authentic , real and unique knowledge to your audience. Because they trust you and want to gain knowledge from you.
